Nothing: Grave's disease is an autoimmune issue which must be addressed. Diet has no effect on it.

Look at diet: Graves is an autoimmune disease. There are new studies that suggest that people with graves are at higher risk for developing celiac disease or gluten intolerance. First, you should be screened by your doctor for celiac but even if it is negative it might be worth considering going gluten free. You might also want to see an integrative doctor who can work with you to improve your immune system.
