Maybe not lactose: Maybe your problem isn't due to lactose, or not only due to lactose. Other diet factors including other sugars, carbonated beverages, alcohol, coffee, sugarless gum or candy (sorbitol, or mannitol), tobacco, or non dietary causes. Make a diet diary, see your doc.
