My 22month old bgl is very active but this past 2 days she vomit while she was sleeping her doctor will her on monday but wanna know what could b this?

Reflux: Is a possibility especially if she eats or drinks late or goes to bed with a bottle. She would be more likely to spit up while sleeping. Is this new for her? Does she nap? Does this happen any time she sleeps? If she falls asleep in her car seat does it happen? These are important points to discuss with the doctor.
