Not totally alike: Mebeverine and and Librax (clinidium and chlordiazepoxide) are amooth muscle relaxers but Librax (clinidium and chlordiazepoxide) comtains librium, a benzodiazepine tranquilizer. Librax (clinidium and chlordiazepoxide) works better for very anxious patiens with ibs.
