Pubic line?: Not sure what you are referring to when you say pubic line? If you have a bump in the hair line, then it could be a pimple, a sebaceous cyst, a skin tag or mole. If it's in the vagina, it could be a Bartholin's cyst, a condyloma, a sebaceous cyst. See a doctor if you're concerned and if you're worried about std, definitely see doctor or clinic.
