PRP is being : Touted a lot as of late. It does not work for everything. It is used to augment healing. You would need to be very specific to what your diagnosis is......It does not help everything. Side effects are minimal to none as it is simply platelets from your own blood. The treatment is likely being overutilized, or utilized without evidence based medicine is some situations.
