Some: For a 22 year old, really the only antibacterial vaccine recommended at this point would be a tetanus -diphtheria -pertussis booster and, if you are in college, a meningococcus vaccine.

Yes and no: There is no one vaccination against the dozens of bacteria that are known to cause human disease.There are specific vaccines for some of them. Discuss the ones that may help at your age with your PCP.
