HPV: You were exposed to hpv as a young man. You most likely cleared it and have nothing to worry about. 96% of us are infected by age 26. If you have a history of any anal warts then the next step is to get an anal pap smear with the reflex hpv hybrid testing. But if you have no anal history then there is nothing to advise you to do.
