Two different things: I'd ignore the mean platelet volume and the sed rate; they're basicsally normal. Your are slightly anemic and your physician needs to figure out why and tell you. Your chest and left arm pains are due to something else, and again this needs to be worked up. I'd offer you a treadmill exam for starters, a good physical and a chest x-ray. Stay proactive and get the two diagnoses you need.
