Fiber: For long-term use i recommend a high fiber diet and possibly a daily dose of a fiber supplement, such as metamucil, citrucel, or fibercon.

High Fiber;Stool Sof: Change in your diet with more fiber, like whole grains, fruits and vegetables and salad, with or without stool softner like docusate sodium and plenty of fluids as fluids are very important. If resistant to it you can take any bulk laxatives like fiberall, genfiber, konsyl;metamucil, citrocel and drink plenty fluid. It can cause some gas and bloating.
