Drink Water!: Often when standing upright for a long period of time, the blood in your body pools in the legs and feet. This may reduce the amound of blood volume circulating through the heart and you may have low blood pressure as a result. This lower blood pressure makes you feel lightheaded like you are going to pass out. If you keep well hydrated and drink lots of water, it will help.
