Third trimester : Menstrual like cramps at 37 weeks if you have good fetal movement, no vaginal bleeding, no leakage of fluid is probably without consequences. Labor pains are usually contractions that come and go. There are also braxton hicks or contractions but not labor, which in some people can be crampy. Bladder infection which is common in pregnancy can cause cramps. Please see your doctor for evaluation.
