Weight gain: Eat well, no junk, and no more than 2200 calories and no more than 30 lbs in nine months. People eat too much of the wrong foods with little nutrition, that's why!

Usually diet: Dietary mayhem is common today. It may be water retention or genuine obesity. The only way to go is to eat only "god made" food. Energy is required for both mother and fetus. Avoid sugar ih all its forms.
