Camphoi-phenique: Campho- phenique can be used to help a canker sore feel better, especially when it first starts. The canker sore will heal in about 10-14 days. Avoid spicy or acidic foods.

Canker sores: I assume you mean campho phenique....It is ok for cankers but i recommend abreva for cankers. But an oral surgeon visit is indicated for evaluation.
