Are canker sores permanent?

canker sores: Canker sores usually last about 2 weeks and heal on their own. Your dentist should be able to help make the symptoms more bearable. Since other things can look like a canker sore, especially if they last much longer, you will want to have it checked out by your dentist.

No, canker sores: Are not permanent. If you have a seemingly permanent lesion than it needs to be checked by your dentist. It may not be a canker sore.
