I got really scared cause a centipede crawled on me. im almost 31 weeks and i feel a bit of cramping. can i go into early labor cause of this?

No: Centipedes are not dangerous to humans and definitely can't cause labor. The most serious thing would be a local reaction at the site of a bite, if, in fact, the centipede bit you. You would know if you were having an allergic reaction to a bite as your skin would redden, possibly swell. If that's not happening, there's nothing to worry about and cramping may be due to dehydration.
