Typical for old : Injuries. Have this checked just to make sure everything is healed. Then Ibuprofen for pain.

Do not assume: That an injury 14 years ago and present symptoms especially if you had 13 years of no pain are related. Get evaluated, there are many causes for shoulder and joint pain from simple bursitis and tendonitis to mild arthritis in the ac joint, but get seen byy an orthopedic surgeon.
