Possible: Take a test to find out. If you don't want to be pregnant, consider long term contraception, like birth control pills. The symptoms you describe could be related to gastroenteritis (throwing up and diarrhea) and rhinitis (stuffed nose). It could be that you have more than one thing going on. See a doctor or clinic if you have a fever or are unable to keep liquids down.

Pregnant?: Take an OTC test. If positive, make immediate appointment with OBGyn to discuss options. If negative see GP or Urgent care to establish diagnosis and appropriate treatment. You may have more than one thing going on simultaneously.
