I had my implanon rod removed 19 weeks ago & have been trying to get pregnant without any luck is there anything i can do to boost fertility?

Trying to conceive: Whenever you have these devices removed from your body you can take six months to a year for you to begin ovulation. And so, my first question is are you having regular periods? If so you may want to track signs of ovulation. If you continue to not have successful another few more months you may want to begin preliminary testing of sperm, tubes, hormone levels etc.
