Yes it can: Abnormal angle of ejaculatory ducts entering prostatic urethra can result in reflux of urine into vas deferens. Can cause reactionary epididymitis or infectious epididymitis if your urine is infected. Symtoms can be testicular pain during bodybuiling exercises or urination. Treatment depends upon severity of symptoms. Antibiotics if and when UTI is present. Vas clipping by urologist can cure this!
