My both testicular veins swells when i urinate. does i have reflux of the urine into ejaculatory duct? if yes, then how it can be treated?

No reflux: Most likely when you're urinating you're straining or pushing a bit. That causes decreased venous return to the heart, or venous congestion elsewhere. The veins you can see while urinating are a little engorged due to that process. Urinary reflux cannot be seen by anybody outside the body.
