Could all be normal: Have a thorough dental exam to determine if any of these appear worrisome. They may be perfectly normal variations but you need an exam to be sure.

Normal..: Observe your "lesions" during a month and if you are still worried consult your dentist . Mouth rinse with clorhexidine will help. Good cleaning and brushing is a must specially before going to bed.
