no effect: Propranolol has no significant effect on blood sugar. If you have diabetes and take medication for it, Propranolol will interfere with your reaction to low blood sugar which could result in a dangerously low bs before you're aware of it. You can have a blood examination at any time in reference to your Propranolol schedule.
