Your family doc: Based upon your conditions (libido, loss of sex drive, low lubido (sp)), i assume you're referring to testosterone therapy. Before you can even consider testosterone replacement, you need to prove that your testosterone is low. So go see your family doc who can check your level and then start an evaluation before discussing treatment options.
