Stay active: Various balance exercises, tai chi, yoga, bicycle, pilates, and even sports such as tennis, golf, alpine or cross country skiing, dance, or rollerblading, all contribute to improved coordination, balance and eye movement coordination. Stay active all your life!

Tai Chi: Tai chi is a great way to maintain balance, coordination and overall health as we age. It is gentle and can be performed by folks in all types of physical conditions. Join a class or a group that meets in the mornings to do tai chi and see how it goes.
