titanium allergy: Not to downplay your concerns, titanium allergy is very rare and most always associated with jewelry. It is found in most all paints, rings, body piercings, replacement knees, hips, laptop covers and even toothpaste! any symptoms arising after an implant can raise suspicions, but 'documented' allergy to titanium is more a by product of a cottage industry (allergy testing) than a clinical finding.
