Laparascopic: Not having a navel will not alter your ability to have laparoscopic surgery. Should still be able to access you abdominal cavity with a laparoscope in same general area as your navel was and proceed with gallbladder removal.

Not sure the ?: If you are asking which type of surgery can you have for your gallbladder after umbilectomy (removal of belly button) than the answer is still a laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Small incisions with the use of a camera. Having no belly button does not preclude such an operation.
