possible gastritis: Could be gastritis - the irritation from something that you have taken, medications, alcohol, excess acid, bile reflux or virus can lead to "hunger pains" without actually being hungry. Similar symptoms can occur with patients with peptic ulcer disease. Treatment is to remove the inciting cause, e.g. Alcohol, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, treating with antacids.
