Yes: Proxeed is safe, has reasonable clinical data to support improved motility. I would also see a male reproductive surgeon to be evaluated for varicocele. 40% of men with subfertility have varicoceles and may benefit from repair.

Recent semen analysis for fertility. Lab showed low motility with 30% progressive sperm (ref range >32%). All other markers (count, physical) are within range. Recommend treatment with supplements (Fertox / Proxeed) or wait and re-test?
