Likely not a problem: Without seeing this it is not possible for me to be certain. However, this is most likely normal and nothing to worry about. If there are any breast lumps (yes, guys can rarely get breast cancer) or leakage from the nipple then you should be seen right away. If you are still concerned, having a dermatologist look at this can ease your worry.
