Please see your Psychiatrist for an evaluation of your medication. There are other antidepressants you could take. Have a physical examination to know if your symptoms are from a physical illness. A Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy can help. If you are not confident in your Psychiatrist please see another for a second opinion.
