Likely: If you noticed the vivid dreams after beginning the Lexapro (escitalopram) that is likely the cause. It is very common for people to get vivid dreams on psychiatric medications.

Lexapro (escitalopram) may cause: vivid or unusual dreams as an uncommon side effect. Minastrin is Norethindrone, Ethinyl Estradiol, and Ferrous Fumarate and is not known to affect dreams. There are no significant interactions between them. If the dreams are not bad, enjoy them. If bad, consult prescriber. They may fade with continued use of Lexapro (escitalopram). Best regards for good health.
