I'm missing my period & am not pregnant. there is occasional light spotting & sex was painful last time. i notice a small white lesion around vagina. ?

See doctor: If you have a lesion on your vagina, it's important that you have it examined to ensure that it's nothing serious. As far as the pain with intercourse, it could be a yeast infection, a bacterial infection, vaginal dryness or not enough lubrication. Missing your periods is another indication to see doctor.
