You should see your doctor and get blood and urine tests to make sure your kidney is functioning normally. A kidney ultrasound might be helpful too.

Pain: Kidney cysts are very common and almost always asymptomatic. Occasionally they can get large and cause pain. Even less frequently they can get infected.
