No: Not unless he/she has had evidence of an irritant rash or contact dermatitis after using a sunscreen containging these. Preservative sensitivity is not common. For babies and children with very sensitive skin good, "hypoallergenic" products to try include: blue lizard australian suncream, california baby water resistant, hypo-allergenic. And aveeno (oatmeal) baby sunblock lotion.

Yes: Well, don't worry, but do try to choose products that are free of such toxins. There are some great online sites that sell products for your baby that are free of bpa, parabens, phthalates, and other potential toxins. Also search: "better living through less chemistry" for articles and links.
