not seen that: I have been prescribing all of the above medications to patients in my practice for thirty years, and I have never had a patient describe side effects similar to those you describe. The medications intended target organ is the brain, so your comment about affected joints is confusing to me. I strongly suggest you discuss all of this with your treating physician as soon as possible.
