your neurologist or: Neurosurgeon will evaluate you, and look at your MRI and imaging studies, and get you a more specific answer after your images are reviewed. Cyst growth can only be assessed by re-imaging you about a year from your first mri, this is not indicated most of the time, but if it is, your neurologist will let you know.

Arachnoid cyst: These tend to be incidental findings most of the time, and they rarely require intervention. They can cause headache, seizures, or other problems related to the adjacent brain. Surgery is usually reserved for cases that show growth, cause significant pressure on the brain, or that cause obstruction of spinal fluid circulation. Discuss this with your neurosurgeon.
