A member asked:

I am pregnant, suffering from allergies plus a virus. last couple of days i feel hot but my temperature is low-why is it low is it dangerous for baby?

Unlikely: Unless there's an element of hypothermia, wherein your ambient temperature is cold, it's not going to harm your baby. The best treatment for viral infection in pregnancy is lots of fluids and rest, rest, rest. Allergies, you can take otc allegra, Claritin (loratadine) or zyrtec if they are bothering you. But as far as the cold is considered, just dress warmly and get some rest so you can recover.
