Qt interval : Prolonged qt intervals in an ekg can predispose to an abnormal heart rhythm called torsades de pointes. She should be seen with her symptoms soon. Check her blood pressure and heart rate if you have a blood pressure cuff. Low magnesium, from diarrhea or other medical problems could make her condition worse. Short qt intervals can cause other problems.
