Unknown but maybe ok: "barm" and "pollen" are not medications approved by the fda, but are words that sellers put on labels of "supplements". They are not tested for effects and side effects like real medicines are. So, nobody really knows what effects they have, how accurate their dosing is, and how true or false their claims are. If it is from a large, national brand, the products' quality control might be adequate.
