How can seasonal pollen allergies work?

Dr. John Chiu answered

Seasonal symptoms?: Pollination from grasses, weeds, and trees are seasonal. Thus depending on what you are allergic to, your symptoms would appear during the time when that particular plant (plants) pollinate. Trees tend to bloom in the spring, grasses spring/summer, weeds late summer/fall.
