Well, exhaustion, : Long distance travel, change in sleep schedule can all contribute to ^ anxiety. Would anticipate that as you settle in that sxs will decrease. Would encourage you to engage in some self care. Ways to address stress. Talk about feelings ; address problems. Don't avoid them. Aim for 7.5 - 8 hours of sleep/ night.
