Maybe: Excessive nosebleeds can be a sign of leukemia, but there are much more common causes. If these are concerning to you, please get it evaluated by a health care professional.

No: Nose bleeding is common because of the thin membrane covering the vessels of the nose. Dry conditions are the most common predisposing factor; anticoagulant medications can cause this, especially if not optimally dosed, and anti platelet drugs such as Aspirin will increase the risk. Acute leukemia can cause a low number of platelets, but this is very low in the differential diagnosis.
