CHECK THEM OUT: Discoloration of teeth could be external or internal .. If it is external . Could be due to dental plaque or the bio film that feels sticky when you rub your teeth with your tongue. It could be removed by brushing with tooth paste and mouth rinse .If it doesn't go away then you have to see your dentist for bleaching or finding the reason for the discoloration. Some use baking soda .It is abrasive.

See dentist: Teeth yellow either due to stain, intrinsic color or damage to the external tooth. Lemon is acidic and will erode enamel which will make teeth yellower and damaged. Anything abrasive like the salt will clean the outside well but also could damage the tooth. I do not know what coal does. I would see a qualified dentist for safe and effective options like bleaching (a stain removal, safe option).

My word, no: The home remedies you've discussed will only damage the teeth. If you have "coal" on your teeth you may have cavities. This isn't a do-it-yourself situation. Go see a dentist. Have your mouth/teeth/gums examined, cleaned fixed, whitened, etc. Then ask your dentist how to keep them pearly white. Stop using acid (lemon juice) on your teeth. Get professional help.

Not recommenced and: harmful to your teeth. You can use over the counter tooth paste or crest 3D whitening strips or pens. However, they are not so effective and/or stable. OTC bleach and whitening tooth paste could be used as a supplement only. A professional teeth whitening followed by home whitening system is recommended for safe and long term effect.
