Follow it: These are both a bit below some lab reference ranges, but these are set up so that several percent of healthy folks fall on either side. I'm going to assume the absolute neutrophil and absolute lymphocyte counts were both in a reasonably healthy range. Your physician may repeat this next year, and get see if you develop a nasty fever, mouth ulcers, or problem bleeding.
