Maybe (not) . . .: Testicular atrophy is a known side effect of testosterone replacement since you're essentially shutting down your own production, which also renders you essentially infertile. Hcg can be used off-label in an (expensive) attempt to reverse atrophy. It can also be used alone to stimulate t production. Clomiphene ; tamoxifen can also be used off-label to increase t production w/o risk of atrophy.
