Cosmetic only: Will not affect your fertility or erectile capacity. Unless absolutely necessary (which it isn't) would recommend being content that you're otherwise healthy; you could have a 3rd attempt, but would query the surgeon as to his experience/success, but would blame him/her for a bad outcome since it would be an attempt to correct "scar" tissue at this time.

Do nothing: Enjoy life. Glanular hypospadias is not associated either with functional or fertility issues. Big meatus can be associated with a spraying urinary stream. Or with mild urethral irritation from vaginal mucus after sex without condom, in which case would suggest urinating after sex. Repair would be cosmetic only ; any critical friend/partner/other ought to be pretty close friend to notice it!
