Androstenedione: Androstenedione is a hormone of androgenicity character produced by adrenals and when high can cause symptoms of hyper androgenicity your levels though you have not provided units sound to me normal hyperandrogenicity is a feature of pcos and if bothersome needs to be treated if your androstenedione levels are truly elevated then congenital adrenal hyperplasia of late onset needs to be ruled out.
