Need more info: I don't know how old you are, but i wouldn't take chances. Doctor can help you determine if it might be your heart or something else.

No: No you are not too young, especially if you have any risk factors. During my cardiology fellowship i saw a 31 yo man whose risk factor was smoking need bypass surgery. Go get this checked out.
