In vs. Out: If all else is normal and there are no underlying medical conditions inhibiting normal metabolism then weight is a simple matter of calories in vs calories out. One needs to expend more calories than are taken in, alter activity level to increase caloric expenditure, divide calories into sound carbohydrate, fats and proteins in the correct ratio. Seek some expert guidance. You can do it.
